Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Mavele Swimwear Ltd is not responsible for import duties, customs and local sales taxes incurred in the delivery of international items.

We hope you are completely satisfied with your Mavele Swimwear purchase. If you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 28 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (less postage costs) but we ask that the following requirements are met:
Goods must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed and hygiene strips must be in place. In the interest of hygiene, please wear underwear when trying on briefs. You must register your return using our Returns Form and providing a description of the item(s) that you wish to return. We will then provide you with a pdf label to attach to your returns parcel. The parcel can then be dropped, off 7 days a week, at any one of CollectPlus’ 5,800 local stores around the country. When it's dropped off, a receipt will be issued as proof-of-postage and a tracking code to follow it online.
Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. Once the items have been received you will receive a full refund (excluding original shipping cost).
Mavele Swimwear Ltd cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
Please allow up to 28 days for refunds to be credited to your original payment method.
In the unlikely event that something you have bought from us is faulty when it arrives then we'll be happy to replace it for you. Please follow the same process to register your return.

Goods are subject to availability. Prices and availability of stock are subject to change without notice. As there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out of stock items. We continually update our online store but there may be colour differences between goods as viewed on the site and their actual colours.
